Well, it went from a pretty gloomy morning to a beautiful day! I must say that I am loving this mild weather and the flowers it brings. Many people I've talked to this week are having their first influx of tests.... hold on guys, the weekend is almost here!
I'd like to encourage everyone who is feeling stressed to take a deep breath......
...... and let it out.
So on the inhale.
Hum on the exhale.
This natural mantra declares:

at one with the universe,
beyond the limitations of body and mind.
So Hum.

If taking a breather isn't enough, maybe it's time to get out of the library for a quick walk on this gorgeous day!
